Netball NI Performance Pathway.
Karen Rollo, Executive Manager, Netball NI:
‘Securing funding for this position from the Rank Foundation via the Start Here programme was a
huge boost to our business growth plans. We know the impact this role will have on young
people accessing our sport and starting their netball journey in Primary School, that is what many
of us have experienced and we want to ensure this opportunity is available to all. We want to
support schools in their sport programmes and Amy is the right person to drive this new area of
development, her experience in delivery and understanding of the how to support teachers is
vast and we are excited to see how this progresses. Her knowledge, creativity and passion for
our sport makes her an ideal addition to our staff team.
Amy commenced her post on 1st September and we know our members and wider netball family
will welcome her and wish her well.’
