Applications for the Northern Ireland U15 Regional Academy are now open!
Netball Northern Ireland are now welcoming applications to the U15 Regional Academy 2024-25.
We are delighted to announce that this season, the academies will be located in 5 different regions across Northern Ireland. These regions will be Belfast, South, North, South East, and we are thrilled to say, a re-established West Academy.
In a revised process for 2024-25 to support each area to reach its maximum potential, each Academy will now have a set regional boundary. Netball NI will assign athletes to a Regional Academy selection day based on geography (school/home postcode) and capacity.
The U15 Regional Academy will consist of 2x training sessions per month (typically on weekends) and a tournament at the end of the season. This programme is self-funded.
Selection Dates:
Saturday 14th September
- West Academy – Fivemiletown College, 9am-1pm
- North Academy – Ulster University Jordanstown, 9am-1pm
- Belfast Academy – Ulster University Jordanstown, 1-5pm
Saturday 21st September
- South Academy – South Lakes Leisure Centre, 9am-1pm
- South East Academy – South Lakes Leisure Centre, 1-5pm

The deadline to sign up is Wednesday 28 August.
Confirmation of assigned Academy and selection information will be sent via email by Friday 6 September.

Belfast – Ulster University Jordanstown
South – South Lakes Leisure Centre
South East – Lisburn Racquets/Lisburn Leisureplex
North – Antrim Forum/venue in Derry~Londonderry/Colraine
West – Fivemiletown College
