Job Opportunity: Assistant Performance and Development Officer (Full-Time)
Netball Northern Ireland
Netball NI is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team in a dynamic dual role supporting both performance and development programmes across the sport.
This exciting position (50% Performance / 50% Development) will play a key role in enhancing athlete pathways, supporting clubs and members, and strengthening the overall delivery of netball across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate performance programmes, supporting athletes, coaches and competitions
· Assist in delivering development initiatives across clubs, schools and communities
· Support coach, umpire and volunteer development
· Contribute to growing participation and improving member experience
· Assist with events, programmes, and administrative processes
· Support data collection and reporting to demonstrate impact
About You
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Passion for sport development and athlete progression
· Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
· Experience in sport (netball desirable but not essential)
