We have separated the club registration from the team and shield/plate registrations document to gather up-to-date information for better support and growth of the domestic game.
The deadlines to purchase/ submit each element are as below, as all these are online, late submissions will not be accepted. The online purchase window will close automatically on the deadline set time and date below:
Senior Team Registrations – 12 noon Thurs 4th Sept 2025
Club Affiliation –12 noon Thurs 4th Sept 2025 ( ALL clubs wishing to take part in any league competitions both senior & junior)
Junior Team Affiliation – U14 & U16 12 noon Thurs 11th Sept 2025 / U19 12 noon Thurs 18th Sept 2025
Club Affiliations & Team Registrations
Both Club Affiliation and Team Registrations will all be completed by accessing your own Sportlomo Club admin ( the log in the club uses to complete panels and team sheets, approve players etc).
- Log into your club account
- Scroll down to the Heading ‘Events’
- Under that – then click on ‘Purchase Events’
- You will only see the Affiliation and Team registrations available for sale through a club account
- There are descriptions with each option to help you along.
Senior Shield and Plate entries will be done in the same manner as last year once the season has started.
Individual player club registrations are open through club registration channels via club links or via our club list page club via NNI website , ALL players of any age must be registered before taking the court in any competition.

2 Find club you wish to regsiter for
3 Click on ‘card icon’ on the right hand side below club info
4 Select chosen menerbhsip option
5 Click Register
6 Follow prompts to now log into sportlomo with your member details – if brand new to playing at a club this year please create a new log in )
7 If you are moving clubs plsae complete standard log in , even if it shows old club, and then start a transfer request from you membership account. You new/old club wil assist you with this process.

If you are returning member please use the same ‘sportlomo log in deatisl as you havein previous years – this relates to your singular player record and will transfer and move with you if you change clubs or sections.
If you are a new member , once you select the club you wish to register for , adn the category , you require, you wil be directed to log in at our sportlomo membership system, you must creat a log in ID and tehn you will able to continue and complete you reagistratin once logged in.
You will also find the option for ‘NON club regsitration’ on club listing page as well for those who specifically require it.
