We are delighted to welcome Lauren McCullough to Netball Northern Ireland as our Assistant Performance and Development Officer.

Lauren’s role brings together two important areas of our work: supporting our performance programmes and strengthening netball development across Northern Ireland. She will help coordinate trials, training, camps and competitions, working closely with our performance team, athletes, coaches and support staff to ensure programmes run smoothly and players are supported throughout their development.

Alongside her performance responsibilities, Lauren will work with clubs, schools and communities to support participation, improve member experiences and create opportunities for more people to get involved in netball. She will also assist with learning and development opportunities for coaches, umpires and volunteers, helping strengthen the people and clubs at the heart of our sport.

We are excited to have Lauren on board as we continue to develop opportunities on and beyond the court. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome to the Netball NI team!
