Can I change my trial session date or time?

No – with the numbers registered we can not accommodate swaps. If you can not attend, please email Julie-Anne (performanceadmin@netballni.org) there may be another opportunity to be seen if appropriate.

What happens if I have covid or will be self isolating at the time of the trials?

Register for trials as planned and follow government guidelines regarding self isolation requirements. Please contact the Netball NI Performance team to advise us of your situation and we will arrange for you to be seen at an alternative time.
Email addresses:
Julie-Anne (performanceadmin@netballni.org)
Noleen (headofperformance@netballni.org)

What should I wear and bring with me?

Wear your normal netball training gear – trainers, skirt or shorts or leggings and a tshirt or vest top, whatever makes you most comfortable. Bring a mask, plenty of water and layers to wear for when you are not on court or playing in matches.

Our school or club have not properly resumed training or matches – will we be at a disadvantage?

We appreciate this is a challenging and constantly changing situation and want to give netballers the most opportunity to get back into performance focused training. We recognise that some netballers may not have had the same training or preparation opportunities as others, and will allow netballers to be put forward to be seen at a later date – and if appropriate, be added into the programme.

When will we find out the outcome of trials?

Information will be sent out via email to nominating schools and clubs, and posted on this webpage by Tues 1 February.
Note – given the volume of netballers trialling, it will not be possible to give individual feedback to netballers.
