The remarkable achievements of our Senior Warriors team in recent years have served as an inspiration, captivating the hearts and minds of countless women and girls throughout the country. Following our exceptional 8th place finish at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, 10th place ranking at the 2019 Netball World Cup, and another commendable 10th place finish at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, the popularity of Netball has surged to unprecedented heights.

To capitalise on this resounding success and continue our upward trajectory, we recognise the pressing need to bolster the capacities within our pathway.

In pursuit of these ambitious objectives, we are now embarking on an extensive recruitment drive, seeking individuals who possess the passion, expertise, and unwavering dedication to fill a range of critical roles within our pathway. We are currently looking for exceptional candidates to take up the mantle of U15 Academy Head Coaches, with opportunities available at four different locations across the region:

NORTHERN

BELFAST

SOUTH EAST

SOUTHERN

As an U15 Academy Head Coach, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing the next generation of Netball superstars, instilling in them the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance that are at the core of our sport.

Additionally, we have openings for U15 Academy Assistant Coaches at the same four locations. As an Assistant Coach, you will have the invaluable opportunity to work alongside our Head Coaches, gaining invaluable experience while providing crucial support to our aspiring young athletes.
