We are committed to delivering services that support our members and will drive an agenda to help develop all aspects of the sport with the vision of becoming a top 8 ranked team in the International Netball Federation rankings with a strong, cohesive school and club network.
Our profile from finishing 8th at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and 10th at the 2019 Netball World Cup has inspired an abundance of women and girls to play our sport, at all levels. In order to further capitalise on this, we must develop capacity within our clubs, support our netball workforce and enhance our performance pathway to ensure a quality experience of netball at all levels.
The Roles Following our rigorous and comprehensive Performance Review, we are seeking to recruit two new roles to support the aspirations and ambitions of our Performance Department.
The first role is, Performance Coordinator (FT) and will support the coordination and delivery of an ambitious, creative and aspirations Pathways programme, linking with the National Head Coach to support the administration and logistical needs of the Warriors National Programme.
Pathways Manager (FT) is the second role, who will lead and drive the objectives of the performance pathway aligned to the Performance Strategy. Ensuring training and competitive environments are appropriate to support our Warriors, age group and academy athletes to succeed and thrive.
