We are excited to share with you and seek your support as we move to the next stage of our Organisation Restructure. As detailed in the Return to Play club and schools sessions and AGM, Netball NI in order to deliver our Strongest Together Strategy, have approved an organisation restructure that was implemented within the staff team in April 21 and is now ready for our volunteer team recruitment.

Our next focus, is our Schools. Please see details below as to how you can get involved and share your skills, knowledge, passion and experience as we strive to achieve successful delivery of Strongest Together.

Netball NI seek working group members to support us in our delivery of three Goals within our Strongest Together Strategy: Grow Participation, Transform Competition and Enhanced Performance Pathway.

An ambitious strategy that has united our members and supporters, we are beginning our next phase of seeking volunteer support with a critical element of our business – our Schools.

We are seeking to appoint a Schools Working Group who will provide leadership and operational support to facilitate and enable the delivery of our Schools Strategy in line with the timeline detailed in the Strategic Plan, Strongest Together.

Netball NI would like to appoint an ambitious and motivated Schools Working Group to work alongside our Schools Liaison Officer to ensure we are providing appropriate leadership, operational support and opportunities for our school pupils and teachers. Members of the Schools Working Group do not need to be currently active in a teaching setting at this time but successful group members should have a passion for developing and growing our netball provision within our schools, with an understanding of the schools sport landscape and the opportunities and challenges it entails.

Please send your netball/sport/education/organisational CV experience along with a covering letter detailing why you would like the role to before 4pm on Friday 22nd October 2021. Candidates should also include some thoughts on what actions members of the Schools Working Group should take to deliver against the goals identified.
