Committed & Enthusiastic Board Members Wanted


Following a Governance Review in 2015/16 Netball NI transitioned to a limited company with charitable status and changed its Board structure. With 5 fulltime and 5 part time staff the Board is ably supported.

We have now reached the point where a number of Directors initially recruited onto the Board have served their tenure and as such are now recruiting to fill positions specifically recognised as needed to continue the progression of our organisation.

Applications are currently being sought from those who have skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Legal
  • High Performance
  • Participation

Netball Northern Ireland are recruiting for three Board Members who can make a time commitment of at approximately  1 day per month for correspondence and 6 meetings per year from April 2019 onwards. Board tenures are set at 3 years.


Board members positions are not remunerated but reasonable travel and subsistence expenses may be reimbursed.
